Ms. Smith was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained what I could expect whether I obtained her assistance in court, or chose to pay the citation off instead. Erin Smith deserves more stars than I can give here. My legal charge was much more serious than a traffic ticket. It was a a serious criminal charge that involved serious jail time, but for some very complicated reasons was not legally prosecuted. She did NOT get me off on some technicality. I was in fact innocent and well within the bounds of law.
