So after meeting at a court house, exhausted calls never returned or even acknowledged. Got in a bind because of. no returned calls and once court was done I got my first phone call and it has been six months since I met the guy. Left to deal with the consequences . A simple continuation would have been the solition.

Meant to write a review a loonnggg time ago but never got around to it but I would not recommend personally. Oleh Sniezko hardly did anything to help my husband through his case, he didn’t get any statements or evidence to defend his side of the case, he was always hard to get ahold of no matter if it was me or my husband, he would let things sit for days or even weeks before meeting with my husband because he was “busy” but at the end of it all it didn’t seem like he cared one bit about my husband’s case or trying to help him out…almost as if he was on the DA’s side or not willing to stand against him in court. He acts like he’ll do what he can to help & be there but he did absolutely nothing for my husband as a public defender to try & help him fight his side or even just telling him what to expect or what he’ll be facing, it was pretty pathetic to be honest looking back at how ineffective he actually was in my husband’s case…maybe it’s just he wasn’t getting paid enough to fight for him!!

Had consult yr+ ago… Offered retaining (3500) fee next day, she said wait… So instead, Received her advice to handle DA and Family Court and followed as much as courts would allow… Followed through and Ended up losing even more (judge said I was being vindictive after 9 months later from talking to Sniezko Law)… Just Called back (again 3500 in hand) to hire… No can do because of undisclosed “conflict”… Personal Opinion ~ I feel I got set up…
