Critical: Professionalism, QualityThere were numerous basic errors in all the decree filings. References to counties neither party has or does live in, references to both parties paying child support, and before we got to the final stages there were SO many obvious issues with the terms that were drafted (supposedly in my best interest) that I had to catch. It was clear everything was just a copy/paste job from previous clients.I was also told, before our final review that my pre-payment had run out but there was no running tabulation of time utilized or process ever communicated. I had a very simple divorce and even hired a separate mediator to handle personal property division – this should have been a walk in the park but the lack of attention to detail was atrocious and there were multiple times I was responded to as if my basic questions about what I needed to know were burdensome.There were numerous basic errors in all the decree filings.
