I interviewed 3 attorney’s as I decided I was tired of being in the workers comp system after 6 years. I had the privilege of interviewing Brooke Perez. I found her to be very professional and honest. She explained that I will only deal with her and I liked that. Other firms just want to get you signed on by promising the world, then they pass you off to other team members. I hired Brooke for my case and it was one of the best decisions I made in my life. What I respected most was how she always followed up with me, clearly had my best interest in mind, and the fact that she never told me what I wanted to hear but instead she told facts. One thing I learned is if an injury attorney promises you a payout on your first visit you should run! She explained that if she told me a number it would be a lie. Needless to say, she never under promised but definitely over delivered. The turnaround time for reaching a settelment was very quick. This law firm is 1 of the worst around. They dont communicate with you at all. Iv had 7 months of treatment and 6 shots 2 nerves fused and its been over 2 years now and still haven’t had a call from them yet. Avoid at all cost.o and did i mention how most of the attorney they deal with got arrested. Now they transfer my case to another law firm said id recive a call in a week well its been a month now still no call.
