I am a physician and recently worked with Kevin Wicka concerning a work related business issue. Mr. Wicka is professional, personable, and most importantly highly adept with his knowledge of the law and negotiation skills. He is flexible in that he has the ability and sense of discernment for when to apply full pressure as opposed to taking a more gentle approach. Needless to say, I received excellent advice and in the future, when I need full representation he will be the one that I call.

I called a couple months ago and left a message inquiring about what I believed to be discrimination in the workplace. I was called back and told that one of the attorneys could see me but that it would cost $375 for a consultation (regardless of what they claim). Then I was told that it had to be paid in cash, no exceptions. I was also informed that the consultation didn’t guarantee that the attorney could form a case around my claim(s) and that he may only offer advice. Well I found that to be a bit odd. So I ended up passing on what would have likely been a waste of my time and money.P.S. I’m sure they don’t have any record of Creature716 being in contact with one of their attorneys…but I’m also sure had I provided my actual name they would have no record of that either. All excuses, no accountability.

I reached out to The Tarantino Law Firm , when I was unable to resolve an issue with a company on my own . I thought I knew enough to resolve my concern without needing a lawyer , but the company was not willing to work with me, despite New York law which indicated they were in the wrong. Kevin Wicka was able to assist me and within a couple of days the company agreed to remedy the issue . Kevin was professional, helpful and kind . I would definitely consult with Kevin again , and I recommend his services.
