After a death in my family, I was immediately thrown into a real estate situation which overwhelmed me to the point of helplessness. I was referred to John by a town employee who was familiar with the property involved. After a reassuring phone conversation with John, I submitted a retainer to secure his needed help. John provided me with professional advise and referrals as needed to deal with many problems such as: hazmat contractors, town negotiations and documents, real estate agents, town hearings, property water, sewer and inspection concerns, estate finances, personal property and expenses, and many more.
