Staff is always friendly, helpful, and patient, even when there’s a long line of customers. We don’t have a ton of shipping needs, but when we do, we always try to use this store. Highly recommended.

Living near this store has been such a luxury! Such a better space and customer service than the stores in brooklyn where I’m from. Greg is always so helpful and nice and it’s so refreshing! Definitely worth the extra money to ship here than the post office 🙂

I always use this UPS store instead of the post office – they are super helpful and reliable. I have been shipping packages to my son who is away at college in Washington, DC and unlike the USPS, the packages arrive on time and because there is also a UPS store on his campus there is never any problem getting packages to his dorm. It is also helpful that they have all prior addresses on file so no need to fill out endless paperwork to ship to the same addresses.
