I frequent this UPS store and others throughout my travels. By far this one has been one of the best . Staff is on point and friendly. I must say they are quite busy and may be overwhelmed at times. For that, I understand if they cannot give special attention to any one person at times. Great place for all your shipping needs and then some.

I first started coming here when I had to drop off pre-paid UPS packages that were returns to online retailers, and because of the nice employees I started to come back to ship some things every once in a while. The prices for the shipping supplies are very, very reasonable – although some boxes are strangely expensive. The only downside I find is that the store is very small, often full of packages, and usually very busy!

They don’t clearly mark the metal bar they have at the edge of their building. As a result I ended up spraining my wrist, knee and ankle as a result. One of the workers was like “Well you should have read the sign.” I told the worker the only sign that is on your door is a sign to wear a mask. Putting tape on the floor that is dulled out doesn’t really act as a warning. The worker came across as kind of kurt with me even though I’m the one that fell almost broke my glasses as a result. But they were like I can talk to me manger no guess then rolled their eyes at me. Normally I don’t like writing reviews like this but it was bad enough I got injured in the store meeting a worker that wasn’t pleasant didn’t help the situation either. If UPS just had their mail box working in Mamaroneck instead of posting a sticky note on it saying we aren’t picking up go to the post office this would have never happened in the first place.

He will be able to help you with just about anything you need when it comes to shipping. His staff is great and always friendly. I walked into the UPS store with a 50 lb box and told the man behind the counter that I had four more in my car. He rolled his eyes and mumbled something while I waited for him to offer to help or at least say something. All he said was I’m not going to scan them until all the boxes are in here. I received no help whatsoever carrying the other four boxes into the store in 90 degree heat from either of the employees. After I carried all the boxes in myself, the man complained about having to find a space to put them in. Absolutely awful customer service.
