Yeah i was passing by today, thought i would mail a package from this ups store. package had both return address and shipping address written on the package. guy asked if i shipped from there before, i said yes 2 weeks ago. He cant find me in system via phone or last name. i said i just want to mail the package and pay for it. he said he needs a ship to and from. i said its on the package whats the problem. he said we are not the post office! what the hell does that mean. i walked out. and they get the two words NEVER AGAIN

Go early – it looks like their hours changed. They were closed at 5:45pm on a Friday despite the hours here and on the UPS website showing 6:30pm. The sign on the door also listed 5pm for all weekdays. The UPS website had it wrong too. Hopefully it’ll be updated by the time you read this. One daytime worker was extremely rude when asked if tape was available to attach a prepaid label, others have been fine and friendly. I’ve stopped going here.

I went in to return an amazon package. The guy told me he needs $2 for tape. The return is meant to be free and I’m sure they have a deal with amazon. Completely dishonest and robbery. I called amazon and the sales person refunded the $2 and agreed that it is completely wrong. Not cool. Would not go in there again.

I never write reviews, but the service at this UPS store is so beyond subpar it needs to be noted. Every time I walk in I’m treated like I’m a problem, the guy at the desk 100% does not want to be here and makes it known in his tone and mannerisms. Website says open until 6:30PM, but they’ve decided that they make their own hours here and close at 5PM. Do yourself a favor and find any other UPS store you can.

You have no service in the store to access your amazon return label. Have to go outside everytime … losing your place in line. Multiple returns end up taking at least 15 mins.

This store never and I mean never picks up their phone. Hours advertised are not committed to. Close earlier and opens later than hours on the store’s door. Over priced charges for every little thing example a small piece of tape. Employees are not customer service friendly and a bit slow. The Euro American man with the white hair and glasses is most rude, lazy and surprisingly may be the owner. Worst UPS store ever. A bad representation of UPS. This franchise should be closed or given to a different owner. This location is highly not recommended. I now take my business to FedEx, Staples and USPS in Mt. Kisco. If need UPS shipment I take it to White Plains store instead.

Bad Experince(s). Called three different times to have a small package picked up and shipped from an auction house. First call they said they would take care of it. Three weeks later I called again and left a message. Call was never returned. Two days later I was given one of the proprietor’s cell phone numbers. Guy was rude when I asked him to clarify his e-mail address. It broke down from there and ended up with him hanging up. I finally just called the auction house and told them to donate my item to charity . This place did worse than nothing for me and more importantly they don’t seem to care at all.

The place did not open 8 AM 15 Septemer 2021. An employee apparently came a few minutes before 8 AM and then left and did not leave a message about the non-opening. At least 6 customers were impacted by this occurrence.

Went into this store today for an amazon return. The man behind the counter clearly couldn’t be bothered to make the experience decent. Instead was a curmudgeon, he wouldn’t just add se shipping tape to the box, that Amazon says doesn’t need to be boxed for the return. Was forced to purchase an overpriced roll of shipping tape.

I have used this ups store for more than 10 years for shipping and drop offs. I’ve never encountered the rude treatment mentioned in some of the reviews I’ve read on this site. This is a serious shipping store. The staff takes the time necessary to ensure that your prized possession arrives in pristine condition. I recently shipped an extremely valuable vintage camera to my brother in Hawaii. It was packed with care and arrived in perfect condition. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They know their business. The negative reviews seemed to come from impatient people with drop offs who are not willing to wait their turn when the staff is taking care of other customers? Would you butt to the head of a line at another business and demand immediate service? Or expect free batteries from a store because it didn’t come in the box at a toy store? Try getting free tape at the post office.

Absolutely atrocious service. Older man (white, grey hair, glasses) made myself and other customers wait over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. When he finally appeared, extremely rude. In the past, UPS has printed label from barcode and taped boxes for me no problem. Here, the man basically threw the label at me then charged me for an entire roll of tape. When I complained, he nastily told me to go elsewhere and I’m no longer welcome there, even if I want to buy something.

I brought a box in to print label and ship. The man was rude, walked away after printing label. When I waited for him to return he was rude. I asked where should leave package as there was boxes EVERYWHERE he snapped and waved his hand and said ANYWHERE! I asked if I would get a receipt, he got frustrated and said I don’t need one. When I apologized saying I was not familiar he was rude yet again. I said forget it I will take it with me and he said GOOD!! SERIOUSLY?! NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE AND NASTY BEHAVIOR BEFORE!! BEHAVIOR UNCALLED FOR!! BEWARE LEAVING YOUR PACKAGE THERE!

Phenomenally discourteous, though on rare occasions rising to the level of complete indifference, the staff is upsetting to deal with. It seems as if the the store’s survival is entirely attributable to the lack of another store being nearby. One would think UPS might have more to say about the way this business is run. The place is terrible, and there is more that could be said. But I prefer not to be mean.

Staff was unpleasant and impatient. If it wasn’t the only UPS store in my area then I’d opt not to give them my business. I gave two stores because they did what they’re supposed to do—ship my package. Not a great experience though dealing with their employee.

This store is an abomination. The owner is rude, crude, and disrespectful. I am going to complain to UPS that he is giving them a bad name. Hopefully, they will reconsider his franchise. I’m taking my UPS business to Staples, and urge everyone I know who lives near me to do the same. Shame on UPS for allowing him to remain their representative.

Unfortunately their printing services were limited to flash drive sources, but the employee was kind enough to print out the one page I needed in the back and didn’t even charge me for it. I really appreciated this kind gesture.

The man with the grey hair and glasses was beyond rude and degrading when he spoke. He’s looks very off and unstable, how can UPS still employee him?! He would not help me or give me instructions when I asked, he almost took pleasure in speaking down to me, very creepy. I picked up my stuff and left and he yelled don’t ever come back, thanks for the one solid advice.

They don’t seem to care about you or your business. They are the opposite of trying to be nice & wanting your business, They are rude & I’m about to inconvenience myself by travelling a lot further to another UPS store or, more likely, use USPS to ship. Just found out that USPS has a lot of different sixe cartons.If any UPS executive reads this, & is in a position to exercise this type of authority, the present employees or their distributorship shd not be representing a quality organization like UPS.
