This ups store charged me $14.13 with an amazon free shipping label because some of coffee from machine being returned spilled out. The ups young man was dramatic over cleaning the machine and even his superior ask him why he is cleaning that so much. This young person actually said you need to pay for cleaning.

I drive from Mt. Vernon with a closer store on Boston Rd, past multiple UPS access points just to get to this store. They are SO courteous, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and quick, you want to send AMZN returns here believe me, they print labels from AMZN and tape and close boxes for you, it’s above and beyond! Believe the good reviews here, and also their fb and twitter are up-to-date and funny, they celebrate every random made up holiday, lol!

Fast and courteous…I had equipment that needed to send back to Verizon, gave them my prepaid label and they scanned the equipment and gave me my receipt– less than 5 minutes i was done!!

This is the best UPS Store I have ever been to with the best customer service. Nev Thomas is the most efficient worker who does his job with excellence and joy to serve with smile on his face and always make sure that his customer is being served with satisfaction. I decided to rent a box here and do all my shipping especially with my amazon returns and all other office needs. Nev Thomas thank you for all your great help and making everything convenient for me. Never will I use another UPS location aside from this one because of Nev who makes everything easy for me. THE BEST!!!!!

I NEVER leave reviews in these apps but these guys are so amazing I had to leave one. I ship a ton of stuff. Amazon returns, eBay orders, etc. These guys are so friendly and efficient EVERY SINGLE TIME. Honestly. There are other USPS, FedEx, and UPS places closer to me but I drive a little extra to ship from here just because I know it will be a stress free and extremely friendly experience every time. Love these guys.
