This UPS store is probably the most busiest and yet you are in and out within seconds. It is called efficiency my friends. Always let the workers know that they are appreciated. I’m giving this place a 5/5 because of their swift and easy printing and notary services! I called a head of time to ask about their notarization service and the gentleman that picked up was super helpful; he was clear and suggested I come in before 5pm to get the notarization completed. When I mentioned I needed to print items he suggested that I could email them to the UPS store upon arrival and they would be printed for me. Upon arrival, there were about five people ahead of me, at which I was willing to wait, but was unsure if I had to since I wasn’t mailing out anything. Therefore I gave them another ring, the gentleman remembered me and told me to come right in to get the notarization. I waited less than 10 min for everything to be completed! Everyone was super on point, fast and KIND! I would go back again and use their services. Thank you for offering great customer service, especially during the busiest time of the year (holiday season).

I do not understand the negative reviews I have never had a bad experience at this UPS location. I visit this store about twice a week and find the staff helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. You are not ignored when you come in. If there is a line, especially now due to Covid, they make sure to keep the flow moving so no one waits. It is a pleasure to come to this location and not stressful, thanks to the staff.

This is my favorite place to ship. I usually work with one of two women (although also was helped by a young-ish man). Staff always nice, never have a problem. place marked off nicely for covid If you push me for a complaint – sometimes hard to park really close when you have a heavy package, but honestly i never have a problem parking either.
