The owners and employees at this UPS Store are the absolute best! They are kind, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to give exceptional service. I feel badly for them that Sag Harbor has had an infiltration of rude and entitled people who are not invested in the area. When I was in there the other day, a man was screaming into his AirPods to his Manhattan doorman, while an employee was patiently trying to assist him. We all politely said nothing as he stood there and had his tantrum. The service and courtesy at this store is some of the best you will find. I would be skeptical of recent negative reviews as I have witnessed some pretty horrific behavior from new customers.

I went in two different times this week to mail a package and the first time the man helping me was extremely pleasant and helpful. However, the second time this lady Marianne helped me who was extremely unpleasant. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking her to print a label and mail out a box. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Try to avoid her as your cashier if possible.

The staff here is great! No one on Eastern Long Island seems to know how to ship to Japan, but the staff at UPS bailed me out, when FedEx and the P.O. failed. They figured out a very confusing shipping address and explained it to me too (helps that they had some one who lived in Japan and was familiar with the postal system). Very kind and helpful : )

Very good store, i moved back home and they got it done very well with good service. Very nice staff, would recommend. Only critique is the parking lot, as it is a little hectic.

I have been there many times and they have the greatest staff who always go out of their way for their customers. I once limped into their parking lot with a flat tire and the owner tried to change it for me (but no jack!) which goes to show how really wonderful they are!
