I ship a lot of packages through UPS as I prefer them over FedEx by far. I used to drop off at Ace Hardware, but have started going out of my way to use the UPS Store in Rome. Normally, the male employee with the glasses is really nice and super helpful, but they were busy today with a long line and I didn’t get him. They moved it quickly and while waiting, I forwarded my two labels to their email so I wouldn’t hold the line up like I have done several times this week.

I generally do not write reviews however I have never seen such rude customer service as the cashier Lexa. She is the rudest notary in the Rome UPS store. She said “Follow directions as an elementary school student”. She must have done PHD in putting UPS labels on boxes.

Didn’t receive my package, was told it was sent to wrong address and that the driver would get it and deliver it in 35minutes. Waited and nothing. Called back and they told me to call back tomorrow. Not Happy !

The lines can be long! They definitely need a bigger space and more people. Often the long lines are caused by people who need assistance that just takes a long time. Like faxing 15 pages, or the customer isn’t prepared and has to do that on everyone else’s time. There are only 3 “registers” so during busy times the wait can be longer than my impatient self can handle. But I can also see that the manager and employees are aware and do what they can to speed up the process. Again… Bigger space and more employees!

The line moves right along pretty quickly. And at The Rome store the employees are absolutely wonderful and helpful and always very cheerful no matter how busy they are. They are a pleasure!

Cashier Ronald was the most disrespectful person to my son and myself. He heckled us the entire time we were in the store. I will not be going back to this store. Lexi or Alexia was rude to my husband. It was if we were singled out while printing and faxing paperwork. Horrible experience will drive to staples from now on!

The man at the front desk was disrespectful and not a great person to communicate with. My 13 year old daughter went in there and the man embarrassed her and ripped her tag to ship the Item out and etc. when I went in the store because she came out crying saying she got embarrassed by a man that worked there I went in there and the other person there had a attitude too. I do not recommend going here.

Waited for 10-15 minutes no big deal, holiday time. The issue is the clueless guy who knows nothing about customer service and/or HELPING people. Hes in the weeds and arrogant. I only needed a label printed and he insisted I was wrong and didnt have the ‘required code’ . Which I did have being a customer service worker I did his job for him before I got to store. Well He had to be forced to enter the code and then no acknowledgement that he was dead wrong and helped less than if i did it all myself. Stores should be helpful, he needs some training. Totally talked over me and dismissed my every helpful comment. Never again UPS

If you say you have a notary, have a notary and notarize things! The lady (Lexa) gave me a problem about something I needed notarized and told me to go to a lawyer when she totally could have done it. This is unacceptable and she was super rude.

Except for the few times I’ve waited up to 10 minutes next in line, the experience here is quick and friendly. I see some people have written about the woman negatively who seems to be working most often. I’ve had some frustrating moments with her where she makes a question or seeking information agitating, but for better or worse she gives a consistent experience. She is attentive, high energy, efficient, and gets the job done. There are two men looking to be in their 20s working there as of late that are very pleasant and I’ve seen them deal with more than mild issues in a gentle and helpful manner. Overall, this is a UPS store that I trust to provide the services I visit for.
