I came in with two very large returns to send back to Amazon. As far as the transaction went everything was fine, even though one of the packages I decided to keep because it would cost more than I paid for it to send it back. If it hadn’t been for the nice girl I don’t know what I would have done because the tall guy with the long hair was SO RUDE! One of my packages didn’t have a QR code, only a label to print. I didn’t have a label printed and I did not have my wallet because my fiance told me it should be free when I left. The tall guy working there said he was “done with today” and that he wouldn’t be trying to help me much. He said he would waive the fee but it was too late, he spoke to me with such carlessness. Like I didn’t matter at all. I understand having a bad day but why be rude to me? I didn’t do anything to you…The way he spoke to me really hurt my feelings and he sure does have a nice teammate because she was looking out for him. She was so nice and helpful. Wish I knew her name.

If you are a Canadian using them to forward packages of items purchased in the USA don’t go there . They say 15.00 a box for their services but if you need to condense packages and they need to repack them it gets very pricy for nothing . There is no consideration of trying to make the boxes as small as possible they just stick boxes in boxes with lots of empty space making the shipment even more expensive. Everything is OVER charged and makes this not worth it. I used another UPS store in Colorado the service was so much more helpful and caring . I thought because this location was close to the border it might be easier but I will never do it again from this location .

I was carrying in a 20 pound box after mistaking my return area for Kohl’s, I walked around the store with this wide box! I was exhausted and Cass met me at and held the door open, taking to box as soon as possible. Both him and his co-worker were amazing and greeted me with smiles/jokes. Quick, easy, friendly! Best UPS experience thus far.

Today I brought a large amount of returns to the store…Amazon tricked me and I did not realize I actually needed to have several of my packages prepackaged to ship in different boxes. All the employees are always super friendly and helpful. We do alot of amazon shopping. Unfortunately with doing on line shopping, items received are sometimes not as described or not functional. Any returns I have to make, or any packages I need to ship is handled by the staff with speed and efficiency and the staff is always courteous and professional. You can not go wrong with the staff.

ZERO if there was a slot for a 0 that is what I would put. For one my package was supposed of been at my house on May 4 it didn’t come however my neighbor across the street received a package and the driver put it on the wrong porch. Second today May 5 a UPS truck went by didn’t slow down at all didn’t look on our side of the street. Third don’t ever LIE to your customers and lastly GET AMERICAN’S TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!! I will avoid using your company. You fell far since my uncle use to drive for you.

Ups as a whole is great, however this particular store not so much. Was told I wasn’t getting my order until a future date because it’s going to usps so they can do the delivery. I never told him the tracking number come to find out am getting early from what it said. People here don’t know what they are talking about. They need a new line of work or at least not be aloud to pick up the phone
