Never had a serious issue with them. Had to have a package from Japan rerouted to the nearest UPS store a year ago because my PO Box wasn’t going to accept it and they were able update that status within 24 hrs and confirmed with me once the package was delivered. Had to print a few posters with them and with the exception one poorly printed poster,(hence the 4/5 stars), all of them were quick, well done and cheap.

I have always received excellent service from the employees at this store (I have been a customer since it opened). Some services are more expensive than I would like but others are surprisingly cheap. I have done lots of shipping, printing, T-shirts and even banners with them. All products were really good.

Everything is done in secret and they price gouge. Why does every little thing I bring them to package and ship via UPS cost me $150-$250? An action figure? $146! Are you kidding me? The product is worth $50!
