I had to send back an Amazon purchase for refund using free Amazon shipping label. I then had to pick up my kids from school so I had only a few mins to do this. I didn’t have the original box so had to get one from the store. This merchandise was a folded up dog crate about 3ft by 2ft. I had no other option but to buy one from the store. And guess how much the box cost. $20 including the tax! I was gob-smacked at the most expensive cardboard box I had to buy. This felt like a complete rip off. Next time I will give more time for myself and box my own package. The owner’s smirk attitude was a icing on the cake. “Is this something you wanna do?” was sort of what he said and also said it was a big box. I think he sort of knew this was a outrageous price for a box. Oh and by the way, the merchandise was only $50.

The sign clearly says the hours of operation. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Tell me why I pull up at 5:50 and the worker is walking out the door, jumping over their rides hood, gets in the car and leaves. And then when I go up to the door to see if anyone else was in there, the door was locked and the employee saw me and walked away. Real nice UPS.

The UPS store Staff fell over themselves creating a beautiful calendar of my Mother’s watercolor paintings this past Christmas. My whole family was blessed by how the calendars turned out. The Staff were thorough and communicated with me via email with questions about layout allowing me to be a part of the whole process. I will be doing business with them again. Highly recommended.

I enjoy the excellent services provided by the Geneva, NY UPS store. I have only shipped packages a few times. These were handled and processed quickly and securely. However, I use their printing and copying service often, taking advantage of their advance copy machines for many projects.

First off, this UPS location looks absolutely nothing like the one featured in the google photo. The store looks unorganized and dirty inside as if it hasn’t seen a vacuum in months. I went in this evening to ship two coffee thermos to a friend. The price seemed a bit high for normal shipping, but that wasn’t the issue. From the very beginning I was “greeted” by a rude women working the front desk. No smile or formal greeting as you’d expect in any customer service interaction, especially from a large successful company such as UPS. When I was told it would be over $8 for “packing material” which I nicely inquired about and found to be simple styrofoam, I asked if I could just ship it without packing material. One item was very heavy thick plastic, the other stainless steel. I was told ” you can’t ship without packing material, they will break” I politely disagreed and said I think they’ll be okay. Even the gentlemen with longer hair came over (the only one in the store at the time who seemed to have common sense and experience) and politely said “yeah you should be okay!” This seemed to upset the women further where she again stated that without packing material they would not arrive without being broken. The whole time she was rude and condescending. The prices were also outrageous, a tiny box is over $4. The reason I didn’t ship had nothing to do with the price, however. This is the only negative customer service I’ve received in Geneva in my life. I will not continue to send customers their way and I will never return. This location needs serious customer service training from UPS with the exception of the long haired gentlemen who seemed friendly before the short haired older women interrupted. Terrible location.

It is great to have a place to ship packages to. A place where they will securely hold the package until I pick them up. Much safer than having it delivered to the front steps:). And the staff is great about notifying you when a package comes in and getting it when you arrive.
