Very disappointed. I called yesterday and explained this is the 6th time I’ve had a random addresses package dropped off at my house. If my door is not lock the package is put into my house, which fine whatever. If the package was mine! I’ve had random people now showing up and coming into my house to get their packages because they keep dropping everyone on my streets packages off at my house. I work from home and I am alone most of my day and I have random people coming to and in my house. At this point it is a safety concern. I spoke to a woman yesterday 2/1/2022 who stated someone would come pick up the random package and it’s still sitting on my front steps! – issue resolved 2/3/2022

They hired a pet killer they deleted my neighbors review and we just want other peoples pets to be safe, watch all ups drivers around your pets until that person doesn’t work there, I believe they removed it due to their name being said in the comment

Fantastic experience. I paid to have them pack and box my fragile items and I am so glad I did. Everything was packed so well that there wasn’t a chance anything could possibly break. Additionally, they said the earliest my package would arrive was Wednesday and I got it on Tuesday. Great customer service and care!

Manager is short mannered with customers often rude and lacks customer service skills the other workers are always kind and helpful she’s only one my family ever has issues with Jennifer is only concerned with making more profits while not knowing kindness company policies or return/shipping rules she is also incapable of sending packages out of the country due to lack of communication and information which is extremely concerning when she is the head manager

Was looking for a box for a every delicate gift. My item was measured & a box was recommended. I purchased the flat box but when I got it home I realized that was much bigger than I needed. I did not have time to take the box back to the store so I made do by cutting it down & using a lot of bubble wrap & packing peanuts. I would have been better off & $8.00 richer if I had just an old box from my basement.

Horrible… they charge $2.00 to get on their computer, and 30 cents a minute after that… But they dont tell you. Thats why your bank card is swiped first. you end up with a $20.00 charge and have no idea why. A fax is over $2.00 and everything here is crazy over-priced. a complete waste of your time and money. These stores should only be used as a complete last resort !!!

Jennifer went above and beyond for me and my customer Karen. She did everything we needed and more. My customer was refinancing her car and is older and could not understand too much in regards to scanning back documents and etc. Jen took over and made our process a cake walk. Such an AMAZING PERSON. To top it off she was such a sweetheart through it ALL. You go JEN!!! Ask for Jen she knows what she’s doing!!!! 100 stars wish I could give you what you deserve. Here is three for the meantime.
