Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, ValueProbably one of the worst experiences with lawyers I have ever seen. Not only did I watch my significant other drain his accounts on their monthly payments even when they didn’t touch the case for months with the excuse of covid ( the mail never closed papers could have been sent) but they were never prepared in mediation or any aspects of the case. In fact due to forwarded emails from the other party we even see where the lawyer conversed with them giving them assistance when they are the opposing party. They did not fight for me in any since. When I first brought these concerns up the owner was great and stepped in but the actual lawyer slipped off again after a couple weeks. He never returned calls or emails, never submitted documents until the owner was called all while paying their monthly fee. They drug our case on longer by not being efficient and they cost us thousands more than was necessary. The owner said they would refund a portion of the fees due to these discrepancies that he would take it up with their finance department but of course the final judgement was completed a month ago and nothing has been returned. If you want a competent attorney do not use CHRIS at this law firm. He will be the worst mistake you make in your case. Probably one of the worst experiences with lawyers I have ever seen. Not only did I watch my significant other drain his accounts on their monthly payments even when they didn’t touch the case for months with the excuse of covid ( the mail never closed papers could have been sent) but they were never prepared in mediation or any aspects of the case.
