I was in dire need of an attorney and was referred to Mr. Vitaliano. I was very cautious because my husband’s case was not the easiest and I needed a competent lawyer, as well as trustworthy, hard working, honest and someone who truly worked for their client and not just the $$. Mr Vitaliano was that and so much more. Although my husband was technically his client he worked very closely with me. He was always honest with me and very patient. He walked me through this whole process basically holding my hand even though we never met. Besides his utmost professionalism, he also has compassion for the families of his clients. Being very new to the system and how it worked, Mr Vitaliano never left me in limbo, he answered every phone call, text and email almost immediately and I sent him several daily. He informed me from day 1 what his plan of action was and stood true to his word. My husband was released from prison as Mr Vitaliano assured me would happen. Although I was was very hesitant because this was a violation of parole case and was very bad from the beginning, Mr Vitaliano assured me he was real equipped to handle this and he was. Best Lawyer ever. COMMUNICATION IS KEY IN TOUGH TIMES & Michael didn’t disappoint. Fortunately I wasn’t the one incarcerated but my boyfriend was & Michael gave our situation A LOT of hope in a low time. He was sooo understanding when we agreed on a payment plan. He didnt put more stress on us while fighting this case. Michael’s word is definitely GOOD FOR IT. My boyfriend was charged with 265.03 criminal possession of a weapon on June 7th 2021. we found Michael around September 21st. We were facing 3.5 years & it got dropped to 1 year. which was 8 months. by that time my boyfriend already sat for 7 months before sentencing so he only had some days left before he was released.
