I represent a person who was allegedly served by the Wesley Group process server. I called and begged to speak with the process server by phone. I spoke with the principal, Mark Wesley. My client avows that she was never served and the process server avows that he served someone claiming to be my client. I am put in a very difficult situation because I need to protect my client and Wesley Group will not let me ask specific questions of the process server to find out what really happened. After about four minutes of trying to convince Mr. Wesley to give me a contact number for the process server, he hung up on me. If you stand by your employees work, there shouldn’t be any qualms about letting him answer questions of the other party’s attorney short of effectuating a subpoena from another state. Wesley Group gets a 1 star for poor service.
