Excellent service. This is where I will go again when I need Live Scan Service. Prior to my visit I made a call to their office. The woman was pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding. The next day, during my visit ( no appointment required), I was welcomed and received prompt service. I enjoyed chatting with the lady. Overall it was a good experience with good pricing and I highly recommend going here first.

Of the two times I’ve been here, first time I’d give a C second an F. First time waited 15 min with noone in the office, second time wouldn’t help me because I hadnt filled the livescan form aheqd of time. She said it was because if I made a mistake if have to run it again, but it was ten minutes before close and I think she just wanted to go home. Only went back because it was the only place I knew in Adelanto, I’ll just look up another place now.

I called and to confirm the hours 9:00AM to 4:00PM. So I showed up at 10:00AM May 12 Friday. Waited for 30 minutes and nothing. I called and left a message asking someone (I think there’s only 1 person that works here) to give me a courtesy call back when the office was open again. Nothing. So I called back at 2:00 which someone answered the phone, to confirm someone would be in the office until 4:00PM, and I show up at 3:00PM to which I came back to a locked door and closed sign… just ridiculous… Not good business at all although the lady on the phone is nice. But nice isn’t enough to run a business. Going someplace else.
