SCAMMER ALERT. I don’t live in Illinois and after he took my retainer, he stalled me and charged me with insignificant little things for 7 MONTHS. Then he completely stopped replying to all my emails, and his phone line was disconnected. It was not until I had to send another email threatening to go to the authorities, did he finally reply, and sent back the rest of my retainer he DIDN’T CHARGE ME YET. So, he didn’t even send back my full retainer. STAY AWAY.
