RUN!!! This guy doesn’t work for you and he lied to me about the price. I have recorded phone conversations of him telling me $1750 to take a misdemeanor to trial, and after going to court 3 times with no change in the offers, which tells me he didn’t do anything, he tells me if I want to take it to trial it would be $2500. Also, he said he does payment plans and I can pay $50 or $100 a week. I did that but every time I went to court he demanded $300 the first time and $450 the second. He rushed me into making a decision and then left me with an 80+ year old man, who I’ve never met before, to go infront of the judge with. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY.

Couldn’t be happier with the results. Quiet, and straight to the point. Tom did exactly what he said he would and more at a better price then anyone else I spoke to. Hired him straight from the courthouse after my last reset for time to hire an attorney like it was meant to be. Never screw yourself over with a public defender who wants that judges seat and is in cahoots with them anyways. Exceeded my expectations!
