DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM! Wish I could give then ZERO stars! I obtained Ben for a patent and gave him over 8000 dollars and he stretched it out for 2 years and then dropped me as a client. I called and emailed and was never given an answer because he never picked up or emailed back except for his assistant who said the reason was in their words “due to a change in the company, they could no longer represent me. All that needs to be done is the countries chosen and it will be finished.” Well I have called and spoke with other patent attorney and they say they dont take on already started patents or I had one tell me that after it was filed 2 years ago the patent office said the idea obvious and needed to be adjusted to nonobvious. They took all my money and I have nothing to show for it now! And if they did it to me they probably have done it to many others!
