These folks got us out of our timeshare in under 6 months. We had paid a company over $5000 and they kept putting us off for over 2 years. Finally they stopped answering the phones and went out of business so we were very skeptical to pay a different company to get us out of our timeshare. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst, the person that called us on the phone misled the kind of options we might have due to a lawsuit in Missouri. Second, every tactic used in timeshare sales presentations were great see in their presentation: make you made because of what you don’t have and push you to spend more money to resolve the issue. The salesperson kept referring to the timeshare sales team doing this and it was the exact same! The option given to pay for their services was a one time deal and once we left, the option was gone. Sound familiar? Very high pressure and on the edge of bullying us to do this. Outrageous fees but as we said no, of course other less expensive options began to emerge. If you go to this meeting, aka another sales presentation, you will wonder where they were trained? And if you go through with their plan, all of your inventory goes back to the timeshare inventory. First, the person that called us on the phone misled the kind of options we might have due to a lawsuit in Missouri. Second, every tactic used in timeshare sales presentations were great see in their presentation: make you made because of what you don’t have and push you to spend more money to resolve the issue. The office staff was responsive and worked with us to complete the process. We are very please with the service and the final result which was completed in about four months. Covid-19 delayed the process by about one month, not bad at all. The office staff was responsive and worked with us to complete the process. We are very please with the service and the final result which was completed in about four months.
