Aimee became my attorney very late in the process and was willing to fight for me with only three days notice. I ended up getting a postponement for more time, but through the whole process she kept me informed and gave me peace of mind. She is very honest and easy to talk to. She’s professional yet feels like a friend. She is extremely knowledgeable about these kinds of cases and really does have my best interest in mind. Critical: ProfessionalismThis law firm should take consultations more seriously & realize how hard it is for people to finally reach out for help. I was contacted through email with very cold “procedural” questions and felt like I was brushed off. I would suggest responding with an actually phone call to set up an appt for consultation or have someone talk with you on the phone instead of being cold through email. I almost right away am told I probably won’t get approved because of lack of work history because I haven’t been able to hold a stable job because of the conditions I deal with. This law firm should take consultations more seriously & realize how hard it is for people to finally reach out for help. I was contacted through email with very cold “procedural” questions and felt like I was brushed off.
