This is Tops there are three of them in and around the Jonestown area.there is Falconer New York, that is like next door to jamestown. There is also a Tops in Washington St. In Jamestown and this on in the picture is the Tops on Foot Ave. I go her alor because I live down the down and up the street and around the bend. Lol no but the store in the oic is the 2nd biggest Tops store in the area and the is a mix of all racist in the area the workers are kind and helpful and will at times go out of there way to help you. This place needs someone to reorganize the whole store. Not user friendly at all. You have to pay for bags, so be sure to bring your own. Prices are not the cheapest. Walmart, Aldis & i was told Wegmans grocery stores were cheaper. Definetly better organized. The other Tops is better & the pharmacy staff is helpful too. Unfortunately, this one was closer, To where I stayed while in town.

With skyrocketing prices, I predict this company will have some growth problems in the near future. They are extremely overpriced for the area. Hey Tops, here’s a tip: go for volume and value. Maybe then you can compete!

What a nightmare trying to get customer service from all but possible a handful of experienced, not yet disgruntled staff. Hey Tops, “I don’t know” is not a valid answer to a customer question. The 2 Star rating represents a cumulative average of a lifetime of shopping experiences at this location.

They have 1 handicapped cart. When it is available, it loses its charge quickly. I often find it at the entrance not plugged in. Also, have a very hard time getting a cart! None in the lobby, but a parking lot full! Frustrating!! Listen to the cashier’s talking about personal stuff while ringing customers out, some cashier’s don’t even say thank you.
