Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueWORST attorney’s office ever. You can never get a hold of Sandra Trail, she is too good to talk to anyone unless they have gone through her excuse of a gatekeeper, that doesn’t understand the meaning of “client privilege” as she will not even schedule an appointment, unless you are the client and/or she has every detail of the situation. I have worked in law for many years, but NEVER with the unprofessionalism of this office. They won’t coordinate appointments, charges extra for each one, asks family to leave room when elderly signing documents, notarize without proper witnesses, I would NEVER recommend this PLACE.WORST attorney’s office ever. WORST attorney’s office ever. You can never get a hold of Sandra Trail, she is too good to talk to anyone unless they have gone through her excuse of a gatekeeper, that doesn’t understand the meaning of “client privilege” as she will not even schedule an appointment, unless you are the client and/or she has every detail of the situation.
