Louise is a great accountant. She balances a lot of clients and works very thoroughly to get the fairest return for her clients. I would highly recommend her. I know the hours are short and start early so Louise can work on all she needs to do behind the scenes. I have been going to her for 15 years and travel a distance to see her. Louise is on point but you need to be on point back. Punctuality is important to her to stay on schedule. She is patient about getting documents back to her.

Went to Louise to file my taxes first week of February, (2/6)she stated that they would be ready in a week. Called after 2 weeks, documents were not ready. Left messages on when and what was going on with her secretary. Louise never returned my call. I called several times and the secretary said she left all the messages with Louise. I stated that it’s bad business, I just wanted a courtesy call to inform me of what was going on and were she stood, were I stood. I just wanted to know what was going on, is it that hard!? Not a single call back, nor an explanation of what was going on. However, the following day after I went to “file” with Louise she didn’t hesitate to cash a check for filing taxes that were not filed yet! I am totally appalled by ones behavior and how one runs a business. Needless to say, I had enough of calling and not getting anywhere. I never received a single call back! I asked for all my docs and my refund for filing (that was never filed!) back. When I back to pick my paperwork, Louise had NO explanation and avoided me by staying in her trailer (temp office) and just peeked out of the door window. Very sad and shows such poor character of one. I don’t even want to rate with a star, I don’t believe that Tri Professional Tax Preparatory deserves such. I recommend avoiding this business as they don’t treat their consumers professional. Horrible, worst experience I ever had with a business, very sad!!

I’ve been calling for over a week, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t return any messages. There is no message saying they are away or anything. The secretary won’t even answer the phone and it says press 0 for the operator and even the operator does not answer. Are they only open at tax time?? If so they Should have some kind of message.
