I hired this firm to sort out an issue I had with an apt complex in February 2021 in July of 2021 I received a letter advising my case was closed. Between February & July I received NO correspondences from the firm about how my case was going. When I called to find out why my case was closed I spoke to Michelle who advised they never heard from the collector. After that call I received a copy of 3 letters stamped with various dates the firm said they mailed correspondences to the collector. None of the letters were sent registered mail or signature required so who’s to say any of the correspondences were received. The only time I heard from the attorney who was “suppose ” to work my case was to get my $500. I feel like a better job could have been done to keep me in loop. Michelle was the only person who responded to my emails & she was not the attorney who was working the case. This was my first time working with a law firm and I must say I expected more.

I reached out to the firm for help drafting “Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Healthcare Directive” paperwork. They also helped me redraft my previous will so that I could have it properly signed by a witness. The process was painless and easy to understand, which is VERY important to me, because I am in my 70s with limited education; legal terms can be confusing and complicated for most people, including myself. They didn’t say a bunch of big words to me without explaining what it meant. They were patient and listened to my questions and concerns. A few months later I received the registration cards for everything to confirm they were officially finalized. Having my legal affairs in order is important to me because I am older; also my wife usually handled those things, but regrettably she’s passed on. I think it’s important for anyone with loved ones they want to ease things on to make sure affairs are clear and in order. It is amazing that they offer pro-Bono services specifically for anyone in Guilford County needing help with a Will or POA paperwork. Thank you all for your great job and help. I recommend Triad Legal Group to anyone needing help in this area, or in general.
