I was disappointed that I was unable to receive follow-up treatment after surgery, other than just over the phone virtual appointments that lead to more prescriptions, but no physical therapy. If I had to do it over again, I would not do the surgery. I was also dissatisfied with the staff handling my case. My case manager left the firm and I had no idea. The person handling it after the departure of my first case manager kept telling me ,”Oh, it will be done soon. You should receive it in a day, but after waiting almost a week, I had to follow up. This happened at least on two separate occasions. Not really happy with how it turned out. More money went out to lawyers and doctor’s than me, and I was the victim and the one having to chase office staff around trying to get answers. I would not recommend Trial Pro.

I will never recommend this law office. My husband and I decided to change our attorney after a lot of time waiting for a deposition. I called trial pro and they sent a person right away to my house to sing the paperwork. In the beginning everything was moving quickly and we were confident. We finally got a deposition day. During deposition our attorney never showed his face because he was having “technical difficulties” he just had audio. After deposition he told to my husband he recommended to settle for enough money to pay doctor bills and a couple thousand for his herniated disc because in his opinion a jury would never give all that money to a person like him. I got frustrated after that and wrote an email to my attorney and he responded and called me back and told me he worked with homeless in his youths at college and he understands all that we’ve been through and I thought he would fight for us. So, he got us an offer for our case, I emailed him and told him that I wasn’t sure to settle yet because for me it doesn’t have Sence to settle for less than our doctor bills, (by the way we still are in treatment under our personal insurance) so he said he will call me later to explain everything better because right in that moment he was having to travel. Instead he called to my husband and told him that offer was the best he can do for us, that was a done deal in our situation making my husband fell very depressed and making me feel very upset and also depressed when I found out, so I sent him an email telling him we will sign the paperwork. I’m still waiting for his call. We settled for his done deal wich is just enough to pay the attorney fees and not sure if it will even cover all of our doctor bills. That is our experience with trial pro. If your case is being taken for a big law office. I will recommend to stick with them.

I will never ever recommend anyone to do any business with Trial Pro because they are unprofessional and show little to no effort in finishing a case. Their office screen my calls and do not pick up the phone by and they make promises that they can’t keep. Their Director of Administration Mellisa Waters is no better, because she could of been the one to easily wrap up our case by sending out my check after I sign the settlement papers, but it’s taking three weeks to cut and send out checks. They even call me and send they cut the check sending it out yesterday, come to find out the check haven’t even been cut yet and now I have to wait another week. Everyday it’s tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow for two weeks. I have never experienced anything like this before and I would recommend Dan Newland as your attorney if ever needed one. Never Trial Pro again.
