For spouses with complex finances or families, who need help reaching an agreement, we offer collaborative divorce. For families with an agreement in mind, we file uncontested divorces. If you have a simple divorce case without children we help clients easily file by mail. Lastly, we mediate family law issues. When you agree to terms, you’ll save thousands of dollars in legal fees, resolve the issues outside a public courtroom, and maintain control of the outcome by reaching a fair agreement on your terms.
