Positive: Professionalism, ResponsivenessI know it may not be an ideal situation to have to deal with a Law firm due to negligence on your part, but sometimes that’s the price you pay. I was behind on my HOA and had to work with Tucker Davis Law to settle my debt. Dana and her team were very responsive, gracious, and professional. When I had questions and concerns they quickly responded and provided detailed records to make sure I was clear with the process. When some of my payments didn’t post correctly, they reached out to my HOA to make sure a mistakes weren’t made on their end. Not once did they make me feel negative about the situation I was in. They were hired by did my HOA to collect money that was owed, but again didn’t make me feel less then because of the circumstance. I know it may not be an ideal situation to have to deal with a Law firm due to negligence on your part, but sometimes that’s the price you pay. I was behind on my HOA and had to work with Tucker Davis Law to settle my debt. Dana and her team were very responsive, gracious, and professional. When I had questions and concerns they quickly responded and provided detailed records to make sure I was clear with the process. Critical: ProfessionalismCalled for help and was met with attitude within the first minute. She condescended me and cut me off when I spoke. I had to hang up on her within the first 5min. Maybe she was having a bad day but CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything and she failed. I didn’t have an attitude or anything, I literally called innocently to hire her. Maybe my voice wasn’t the complexion that she’s used to speaking to you, but she literally treating me like I’m trash. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Called for help and was met with attitude within the first minute. She condescended me and cut me off when I spoke. I had to hang up on her within the first 5min. Maybe she was having a bad day but CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything and she failed. I didn’t have an attitude or anything, I literally called innocently to hire her. Critical: Professionalism, QualityPLEASE READ !!!! Very nasty and very rude. The disgusting and vulgar front desk attendant used profane language when speaking to me. This is the upmost disrespect I’ve ever experienced. The attendant hung up in my face on several ocassions!!! I, a disabled veteran, even drove an hour away to come into the office for some clarity on a situation regarding my HOA. I did this DURING COVID, and since I am of a particular age, im more susceptible to catching the disease. I had to come in because the receptionist was so disrespectful and nasty when I called. I asked for a copy of a letter of verification. She very rudely shouted ” no” and even tried to charge me to print it out, EVEN THOUGH the documentation belongs to me. please do not visit. terrible service. ive never been to a practice of LAW where the lawyers and attendants curse and use foul language. absolutely disgusting. This is a mom. and daughter operation, and they’re very unprofessional, often letting their own irrelevant family issues get in the way of helping their clients.PLEASE READ !!!!
