Truly a wonderful resource for ECU students or just about anyone who finds themselves in an unfortunate legal situation. Mr.Turner has dealt with several of my cases and despite his old school ways (only communicates by phone/voicemail or person, only accepts cash, no fancy office, expects you to do what is needed on your end on time to move forward with your case e.g community service, etc.) he always keeps it professional and ensures clients are updated every step of the way. No other lawyer in Greenville will offer the same affordable prices as Charles. Trust me, I’ve searched. He’s very considerate of the fact that most students don’t have thousands of dollars to spend on legal help. That’s not to undervalue his practice, but to show he’s a compassionate man. Mr.Turner has been in practice for over 40 years and is exceptionally good at what he does. He answers all my questions/concerns and makes certain I understand the process. He’s gotten all my cases dismissed and is handling my expungement. Mr.Turner has been nothing short of kind, helpful, attentive and respectful. He’s a honest guy who knows what it takes to get the job done! I’d definitely recommend him!

this man has no email and no fax line. He only communicates in person or by phone. He also has no answering machine or voicemail service. Impossible to reach if you have questions. He is the cheapest and there is a reason for it.
