Last year I was seriously depressed and going through hell with my Landlord at the time and I really did not know where to go or what to do. My former landlord was refusing to fix my plumbing and filing illegal evictions against me in an attempt to intimidate me and pressure me to move. I had been paying rent through the pandemic when so many others were not able without fail. I reached out to Legal Aid in Oregon however due to their case load they were unable to help me however Megan from Legal Aid referred to Michael Fuller . The Underdog team has done nothing but support me and protect my interest as well as my sons since our initial conversation. Michael, Emily and Kevin represented me every step of the way and I happy to report that we settled the case with a Judgement in my favor. My former landlord lost and the Single Mother as he called me won.. The women that he harassed and threatened she won and he lost. The person that he deemed as beneath him and not worthy of a safe and clean environment to raise her son in won and he lost.
