My goodness! I was here today because I was in the neighborhood and needed to send something with a tracking number and I just cannot believe the complete disregard of any sort of professionalism from the workers behind the glass! Just nothing but pure negative attitude, talking to you in an unreasonable tone. I just don’t get it! Why am I leaving this post office as if I did something wrong. Another person on the line needed to ask a question about mailing a package and you would’ve thought that was the ultimate offense for this worker behind the glass. I’m a very friendly person, I believe in respect and kindness but I just cannot believe this. Who is in charge of these workers and allowing this sort of terrible workplace culture? I honestly have not been to the post office in over two years before today but I remember why as of this latest trip! When you come to this kind of place you really do need to be the bigger person and remain calm unless these people will ruin your day!

Absolutely -10 starts. These employees are absolutely rude, careless, trying to give you hard time for NO reason. The supervisor should be FIRED instantly just for her nasty attitude. I was told to wait for her at another window and when she came she started looking at me and talking to me with an abundance amount of attitude even before I started talking. How can this post office can keep her when obviously I am not the only one having issues with her at this location? Why? There are plenty of people waiting for a job like this, STAY HOME, and take your attitude somewhere else. No one forced her to work!!!!!

The most horrible experience regarding an employee who acts like she doesn’t want to work there?! I’m flabbergasted by the level of customer service you get at this location. I’m not sure if it’s a United States Postal Service issue but for the most part all these Post offices are the same. Poor attitudes! No professionalism! No help! No smile! In this location in particular they are extremely rude! No patience – acting like everyone knows everything about mailing out parcels, packages! Be courteous! Be kind! If not get into a different role! Different company where you don’t have to deal with people! I just don’t get it! USPS needs to revamp their entire workforce! New employees, new CEO!

ZERO stars. I can’t find two tracked packages because this location didn’t send them out for delivery until 3-4 days after they arrived. My local USPS gave me a number to call to speak to a manager. The clerk that answered told me to go to my post office, even after I said “I did and they gave me your number”. She put me on hold for 20+ minutes and I never spoke to a manager. NOW, the phone rings with no answer and my packages are still missing.

Lately all packages I get through the post office come already opened or empty. I don’t know who they employed newly but they are just a bunch of thieves. It’s sad that USPS 10027 isn’t as trustworthy as it used to be. When i order stuff online and see that the retailer is using usps as a deliverer, I get instant anxiety coz my package might come empty. This is sad.

Not surprised by the low reviews. The “supervisor” talked in circles making no sense before screaming at me. I simply asked if I should wait or make another appointment after being told I wouldn’t be getting service for an appointment I made online. Really unreasonable, unnecessary, and uncomfortable situation.

This place has THE WORST customer service. I went there today to try to locate missing mail as my building caught fire 3 weeks ago and I have not been receiving mail. The woman was very rude to me, called me stupid and rushed me out of line. Despicable! She was of Latin descent, I did not get her name. I was too upset. But she was one of ONLY two tellers working this morning 12/7/2021

Wow, so many bad reviews. I find the workers there to be friendly and efficient. The line is never too bad. The patrons are generally of good humor.

I’ve got to unfortunately agree with other reviews stating that the staff here are generally rude and unprofessional. I’ve been here twice, and both times I interacted with employees who seemed irritated that I was there. Some do seem genuinely overworked. What’s redeeming about this place is that it is spacious, and there are opportunities for self-service letter and package drop-off.

My package was made to disappear from this post office after I dropped it off. The tracking number never updated from this location at all, either.
