Critical: ProfessionalismI called this company and was very upfront to begin with about my question that regarded a debt collector. I was very clear that I was looking for a lawyer in regards to said debt collector. The person on the other end of the phone told me to go ahead and ask my question. They did not answer my questions and simply ended the whole conversation with “So you don’t want to file bankruptcy using our firm”. Then said “Have a good day” and hung up. I was asking a question that would prevent having to file bankruptcy and this firm is clearly not capable of advising towards other options. I called this company and was very upfront to begin with about my question that regarded a debt collector. I was very clear that I was looking for a lawyer in regards to said debt collector.
