The lady in the front was nice but the man who does the live scan is not. While I was waiting, they were arguing in Spanish and the lady told him to shut up lol. Kinda unprofessional, and you can tell by the way the owner responds to these reviews that the environment is not an ideal workplace. There was definitely some misogynistic vibes going on because he was being rude to her and speaking to her like he owns her. He did my livescan, and he proceeded to massage my fingers VERY harshly to get the blood and warmth flowing for a better read ( I assume, he did not explain). I have dry fingers and he proceeded to ask me if i wash a lot of dishes and that he recommends I wear gloves LOL. He “massaged” all fingers but only redid fingers on one hand? When I went back to the car my fingertips were BURNING and there were red dots all over the tips. This man had caused broken blood vessels in my fingertips because of how hard he was massaging them. I don’t know about their other services, but I would NOT recommend coming here for a live scan.

I went in December this is my first time sending anyone to do life scan I send my mother and the guy Luis did not help my mother fill out the paper right my license number was not on there and she had a mark number three for Childcare they did not help her with that at all they just excepted her paper blank and typed in her information… now we’re in April and the guardians just reached back to me and now I’m telling Pablo that his worker didn’t do his job and Pablo can’t even help me I would say a discount or say come I will help you out with the paperwork nothing… waste of my money and a waste of time I would say go somewhere else ♀️

NEVER GO HERE! Owner completely rude, I needed a livescan done and instead of sending one to two different places which I know they can do. She did two and charged me for two! When I called to clear it up and get my money back for the second one she was extremely rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ever other place I called even said it should have only been charged for one not two.
