Rude receptionist she as no matters , i call in ask for the attorney and she Just send me to the voice mail with no greet or a thank you for calling , I made appointment to see the attorney Esther R Valdés she her self made the appointment for 1pm , after waiting for her for 25 min i ask the receptionist if she was late or with a client since i was there 10min before my appointment , she reply “I don’t know that I did email and text her that you here “ I said can you check again please , “ she’s parking now “she reply : I waited 5 more minutes is now 1:30pm total time that I spend there was 40 min , she never show up she never call me to apologize or to reschedule or nothing she just ignored me like maybe she as to manny clients or don’t need my money , I was refer to her by 2 different people and i expected top notch service , I end up wasted 2 hrs of my time and $30 dlr of parking . Her first consultation cost $100 . Never I had this kind of experience with a attorney before
