I shop Valu as often as possible as opposed to the bigger home improvement stores. Recently, I made a large special order purchase. Every employee was kind and patient and caring. Jake the assistant manager was enthusiastic, helpful and just over all a great person to deal with. When I went there to pick up my order, I was greeted by first name with smiles by several employees. It was a great experience overall. I highly recommend supporting this business! Overall just great on every level of customer service!

Great little hardware store, well stocked. The staff are courteous and really helpful. I’ve been coming here for 20 years. The store is just right in the case of emergency repairs. Small enough to find things quickly, with essentials for plumbing, electrical, lawn care, painting etc. I recently needed an unusually fuse that is required for my heating system, a staff member found the item and I was on my way in ten minutes.
