Sara, the paralegal, was informative, available for questions and updated us on our case in a timely manner. We’ve had to deal with personal injury lawyers in the past and can say I will return back to VAM if need be. Good people and smart and responsive. I felt comfortable knowing that the lawyers were 100% behind my version of the facts. Saw some others badgering them here on the reviews and all I can say they were not at all unresponsive… I am a straight shooter… I am in the service industry and know you can not please everyone but I have been here and can say they know that they took care of me and the other people in the car too. Oh just wanted to add that I was with the firm in the last year and a half. Sara did come into the picture just after our case started.
