The Town Hall has some misinformation and Atty Van Dyke was able to clear up the confusion immediately by phone, speaking directly to them. He knew where they were mistaken and was able to explain to them the correct information and even followed up by sharing a link with them where they could verify the information he provided. I wish I had more real estate transactions so I could use him again. He took a stressful situation and fixed it within minutes. I had the pleasure of finalizing my refinance with Attorney Van Dyke this afternoon. He was so wonderful throughout the process. Excellent communication- even staying in touch in the evening hours to finalize numbers for my cash to close the night prior.
