Mr. Marshall was in short, amazing. I contacted him in panic off of a referral from a neighbor and within the first several minutes of our consult call I felt at ease. My case had many administrative issues which caused delays: which was causing problems for my work. He was creative and innovative and obviously very effective discussing with other parties because he was able to get my case dismissed several weeks earlier allowing me to move forward with some work. I has a consultation with Mr. Marshall after my DUI and hit & run. After that meeting I knew he would be the perfect lawyer to help me maneuver my situation and get the best possible outcome, so I hired him. Brad was very meticulous from start to finish and provided me very specific information on his approach and even offered me detailed information on things I could could do myself to help with the outcome. We worked very well together and had constant communication during the four months it took to resolve my case. He went out of his way to make this difficult time as seamless as possible for myself and my family. I was in a car accident where I re-ended a truck and trailer that was stopped at a traffic light. I contacted Bradley Marshal and provided him very basic information on the situation at the last minute and he was able turn my Virginia Summons/Ticket into a County Fine that had no effect on my DMV Record and allowed me to keep my insurance from skyrocketing. Brad was efficient, knew exactly how to handle the situation and ensured that I was informed through the whole process.
