Bought a phone back in 2020 as an open box deal which the seller named Garrison assured me was 50% off and that was a complete lie. Verizon owes me about $500 now. The guy was nice but i don’t appreciate being lied to so he can make his commission sales while conveniently forgetting to add that tiny detail to my contract. Also, dont bother with the 60$ cordless samsung charger they have because mine broke within 5 months of using it. The phone itself is fantastic and i have zero complaints about it. Overall, this was a terrible experience and i will be ending my contract with Verizon at the first opportunity.

I wouldn’t recommend this retailer as a primary source. First off, they’re not a “Verizon Store” but an authorized retailer. There’s a difference! Commissions, I get it and have no problems with it but there’s a way to earn that with customer service and rapport.
