To the fathers tired of getting the short end of the stick in need of help trying to get rights, visitation or anything of that matter, I personally wouldn’t hire him from experience. It cost a lot and he let OCSE get away with filing a higher income than what i make and told me not to worry about it, which makes no sense bc he is not the one making my income. Now I’m stuck paying an amount in child support that I cannot afford since he let OCSE get their way. I’m also missing visitation order documents which i have asked for and have not received or have gotten a word on the status when i will receive them. Maybe he didn’t have the time or couldn’t handle my case. In that case, he should’ve been honest with me about that from the beginning, refunded me and told me to go elsewhere instead of having me feel like i’ve been scammed. You also don’t get a response in a timely manner, nor does he ever talk to you when you reach out to ask him something. I waited months to sit down and talk with him to come up with a so called solution. There’s other attorneys out there who care about you and are willing to help you and fight for you the right way. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and wisely.
