I wasn’t sure if I needed a probate to get my mom’s house transferred so I called Zinn Legal. The lawyer got back to me right away and was so honest it broke my heart! She told me what needed to be done and didn’t charge me a penny because I ended up not needing a probate- honestly is the nest policy at this firm!

My advice to any northerner like myself. Do not expect ANY form of justice here in Florida. There is no oversight, no protection and no accountability for contractors who do malicious and intentional property damage. Its law firms like this that allows for companies C@D Carpet and Tile Inc. to get away will willful and wanton disregard for other people’s property. I was given Ms. Zinn’s number by a family friend who spoke so highly of her….I didnt think that she would be able to help me but I called any way…. By the time I hung up the phone from my consultation I was in tears, she answered all of my questions and offered me so many options that other lawyers never even told me I was blown away… Run don’t walk to this attorney she is honestly THE BEST!
