Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI was an active Texas Tech student when Vince first took my case. He immediately filed a motion for a competency exam. He is good friends with the “expert” and they found me incompetent to stand trial. They took away my bond so I couldn’t bond out, and prescribed me meds I didn’t need while I was in jail. I spent a total of 16 months in jail while Vince represented me for 12 of those months. I was an active Texas Tech student when Vince first took my case. He immediately filed a motion for a competency exam. He is good friends with the “expert” and they found me incompetent to stand trial. They took away my bond so I couldn’t bond out, and prescribed me meds I didn’t need while I was in jail. I hired Vince to represent me when DPS was trying to get me to go downtown w them and “answer questions” about something I knew nothing about…he did a great job and I haven’t heard back from them.
