I would say this is the worst experience we ever come cross. We are sellers, and he represents the buyer, (Thank god he is not our attorney) He was late for TWO HOURS for closing, everyone was on time but him and his title company. No respect for other people’s time. Buyer told us that during the contract, his paralegal was rude, and constantly made mistake, oh, they will charge you for everything… Also! He never apologizes for him being late…He did not came prepared… cut us the wrong checks etc…
