I have used Von several times and he bonded me out which was helpful, however he tried to represent me without agreeing to any terms and I want a different direction. He then chose to surrender my bond for no reason other than me going with a different attorney. I never missed a court date. I asked if he would refund the bond amount because there’s no reason to surrender. I’m conflicted at this time and calling the clerk about this, also will reach out to the bar association.
