Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a case against a company represented by Vorys. The lead attorney was Mark Knueve. Rather than deal with the issues directly, the firm used fraud and deceit in an attempt to lie their way out of the case. The law firm failed to provide any discovery and set the plaintiff up on a fake job to disparage them in hopes they would drop the case. Extremely unethical and unprofessional attorneys. Fortunately, the case was won, and a multi-million dollar verdict was received. Rumor has it at least one of the attorneys was forced to retire by the bar association, but I have no idea how this firm is still able to hold itself as a legitimate business. Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is the reason lawyers get a bad name. You pay lawyers to practice law. Not to commit fraud. Rather than deal with the issues directly, the firm used fraud and deceit in an attempt to lie their way out of the case.
